  • <strong>The country you tell us.</strong> Creators are asked which country they are based in, either during signup or afterwards. You can view and change it at any time from your profile.
  • <strong>An approximate country inferred from your browser.</strong> When you open our country form, we read your browser&rsquo;s time zone and language settings and derive a two-letter country code from them.

We store only the resulting country, never your IP address or any more precise location, and we never ask your device for GPS access. The inferred country is kept alongside the one you tell us so we can spot mistakes in our own data; the country you provide is always the one we act on. Our lawful basis for the inferred country is legitimate interest in keeping this data accurate.
